Support the Boucheron Americas Communications team in ensuring a strong, cohesive, and impactful brand presence across all communication touchpoints, including events, press, influencer, celebrity, and wholesale initiatives.
The Communications Intern will play an integral role in the overall Communications function and will support the execution of brand PR, celebrity and influencer strategies, event coordination, and wholesale needs, as well as general departmental administrative tasks. This role will be a reliable, adaptable, and proactive support to the entire Communications team, contributing to the success of all campaigns, activations, and day-to-day operations.

Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support event execution across press, influencer, retail, and wholesale initiatives.
- Responsibilities include vendor research, creating face sheets, updating event briefs, packing for trunk shows, creating visual merchandising planograms, onsite logistical support, and maintaining an organized and up to date events closet.
- Provide administrative and logistical support across press activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and excellence across all brand communications.
- Support with the monitoring credits and press clips, including scanning, filing and tracking, plus organization of physical print copies of magazines
- Support with the creating and refreshing of lookbooks for editorial and dressing requests
- Support the press team with press and talent databases and media lists
- Track invoices and payment statuses across the department
- Provide administrative support on communication’s team merchandise requests; including systematically searching for product references, locations, researching imagery, and pulling PR stock for returns and receiving
- Communicate with stores on rebalancing plans to implement monthly, communicated by merchandising manager
- Conduct monthly market research on competition. Including new products, price changes, window installations, and online merchandising strategies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings for the team and note taking to keep minutes
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Required Experience:
- Active student (Preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Or Communications)
- Internal
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Outlook, Adobe, etc.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry is preferred
- Enthusiastic self-starter and detail-oriented with the capacity to engage and communicate effectively at all levels
- Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature
- Excels in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The role will be four days in the office, and the role ends the last week of July
