HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating legal databases and approval workflows.
• Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization and platform onboarding.
• Help coordinate signature processes and maintain executed agreement files.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support maintenance of intellectual property portfolios.
• Conduct legal research on various topics, including corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters.

WHO YOU ARE

• Current law student enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
• Interest in in‑house practice, legal operations, and the fashion and luxury industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, project management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion, respect, and integrity.

Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour
