We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to transform Pomellato’s global brand vision into powerful, localized commercial strategies that elevate brand presence and accelerate business growth across the Americas region.

    Our Opportunity

    The Planning & Merchandising Manager is responsible for merchandise planning, inventory management, assortment execution and merchandising analysis across Retail and Wholesale channels in the Americas.

    The role supports the merchandising and business strategy through strong analytical capabilities, inventory optimization and operational excellence, ensuring healthy stock levels, optimal product availability and actionable business insights.

    The Planning & Merchandising Manager serves as a key partner to the Director, Merchandising & Business Performance in translating commercial strategy into execution and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    How You Will Contribute

    Manage Open-to-Buy planning and inventory investments in alignment with business objectives.

    Monitor inventory productivity, stock health and assortment coverage across Retail and Wholesale channels.

    Execute purchasing, replenishment and stock rebalancing activities to support business needs.

    Maintain model stock assortments and support assortment optimization initiatives.

    Conduct product, inventory and sales performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and inventory efficiency.

    Prepare recurring business reviews, reporting and presentations to support commercial decision-making.

    Maintain reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of insights of merchandising

    Support forecasting processes and performance tracking activities across channels.

    Support collection launches, assortment implementation and product lifecycle management initiatives, including Product Performance reviews

    Support CRM, Clienteling, marketing and HJ initiatives through product analysis, assortment recommendations, inventory planning and operational execution.

    Partner with Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams on inventory and product-related matters.

    Monitor non-productive inventory and recommend actions to improve stock productivity.

    Support trade shows, events and special projects through assortment planning and inventory execution.

    Support strategic merchandising and business performance initiatives led by the Director, Merchandising & Business Performance.

    Who You Are

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Management, or related business functions.

    Advanced Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting and data analysis.

    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

    Ability to manage large datasets and build recurring business reporting.

    Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Experience in luxury retail, wholesale and/or jewelry preferred.

    Italian language a plus.

    A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $100,000 - $110,000 per year
