PPR becomes KERING: change of the product name

On 22 March 2013, PPR announced that the Group would change its name to Kering to reflect its new identity. This name change will be subject to the approval of the annual general meeting to be held on 18 June 2013.

 

Therefore, as of today, the product name and the symbol of the ordinary shares will be modified as follows:

 

New product name: KERING
ISIN code: FR0000121485
Euronext code: FR0000121485
New symbol: KER
