AIM OF THE POSITION -

• Develop and implement regional security policies and procedures, in line with the Group Security Department’s guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits on Kering and Houses’ assets in the region as well as relevant business partners’ sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the security of corporate offices, retail locations, and other facilities associated to Group operations, and in coordination with relevant partners (e.g. landlords).
• Support Brands on Retail security in the region.
• Manage relevant relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international security regulations and standards.
• Oversee the investigation of security incidents, including theft, vandalism, counterfeiting and other criminal activities.
• Support the Supply chain security Division for all activities in the region.
• Maintain incident reporting systems and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Report major incidents to the Group Operations & Control Center (based in Paris).
• Ensure the safety and security of travel for Kering delegations visiting the region.
• Ensure business travelers in the region follows the Group Travel Risk Management policy and coordinate security for sensitive business trips.
• Develop and maintain regional crisis management plans in line with the Group Crisis Management standards and objectives.
• Act as the regional Crisis Response Team (CRT) Coordinator and support the local Team Leader in his/her role within the CRT.
• Provide the Group Security Department with an up-to-date analysis of regional security and geopolitical dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and maintain trusted relationships with key security stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Group and:
  • Law enforcement
  • Airport security
  • Embassies
  • Landlord

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS 

Crisis management:

• Develop and maintain regional crisis management plans in line with the Group crisis management policy.
• Act as the regional CRT Coordinator, including communication and recovery plans in line with the Group Crisis Management team.
• Conduct regular crisis management drills and training sessions, in coordination with the Group Head of Crisis Management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during regional crises and emergencies.
• Collaborate with global crisis management teams to ensure alignment and support.
• Prepare the Situation Reports for regional leadership and the Group Crisis Coordination team.

Travel security & geopolitical risk analysis

• Enforce the Group Travel Risk Management policy across the region, in coordination with the relevant team at the global HQ in Paris.
• Provide relevant travel security awareness sessions and training when necessary.
• Accompany Kering or Houses delegation for sensitive travel across the region and coordinate security on the ground.
• Provide the Group Security Department with regular update on regional security trends and geopolitical dynamics.
• Maintain an up-to-date regional network of qualified security and crisis management providers, especially for executive protection, secure transportation and armed site guarding services.

Incident management:

• Report all incidents to the Group Security Operations & Control Center through the dedicated platform.
• Oversee the investigation of security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Maintain incident reporting systems and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Analyze incident trends and develop strategies to mitigate future risks.
• Coordinate with legal and HR departments on incident-related matters.

Investigations:

• Lead and manage internal investigations related to security breaches, fraud, and other misconduct.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and conduct interviews.
• Work closely with the Asset Protection Division on fraud cases.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to the Asset Protection Division.                                      

. Retail and Site security:

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits as required.
• Ensure continuous oversight of all security service providers through regular performance reviews, audits, and market benchmarking.

Support Houses and retail teams in applying security procedures, including loss prevention and incident prevention in stores.
