    • Assist the project manager in formulating and implementing project plans for luxury brand campaigns, product launches, retail development, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and high-end standards.
    • Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration among design, production, marketing, retail, logistics, and external suppliers or agencies, maintaining efficient information flow.
    • Track project progress, monitor key milestones, timelines, and budget usage, and promptly identify and report potential delays or risks.
    • Support sample management, including sample collection, distribution, inventory tracking, and return coordination for luxury product displays, shootings, and events.
    • Assist in organizing and participating in project meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, briefs, reports, brand guidelines, and quality control records, ensuring completeness and compliance with luxury industry standards.
    • Coordinate on-site execution for luxury events, pop-up stores, exhibitions, and fashion shows, supporting venue arrangement, vendor supervision, and detail refinement.
    • Conduct basic project data collation and analysis, providing regular progress reports and summary documents to management.
    • Maintain close communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand image, quality requirements, and premium service delivery.
    • Handle daily administrative tasks related to project coordination and support ad-hoc projects assigned by the project manager.
