    Job Family Group Description - Merchandising: This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel. Job Family Description - Merchandising Planning: Drives business performance through analysis of business KPIs. Forecasts merchandising measures at every level. Plans and conducts the open-to-buy process by country/region to maximize sales potential and minimize losses from mark downs and stock outs.

    Role

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Merchandising Intern to support our High Jewelry Maison. This role offers hands-on experience across both product strategy and brand marketing, with exposure to boutique and headquarters coordination in a high-end environment.

    Key Responsabilites :

    • Conduct competitive and market research to support merchandising and marketing strategies
    • Assist in tracking product performance, sales trends, and client insights across product category and collection pillars
    • Support inventory management, stock allocation, and merchandising planning
    • Coordinate and communicate regularly with boutiques and HQ teams to ensure alignment of product orders and delivery
    • Support weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint
    • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, including 360 taskforces  
    • Maintain accurate product and campaign data across internal systems

    Who you are:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for communication with global teams
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Interest in luxury retail, jewelry, and brand storytelling
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
