    BOUCHERON Retail Coordinator (6-month contract, renewable)

    Your main missions would be the following:

    Retail Support:

    • Coordinate retail staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including name card preparation, device ordering, and system access setup
    • Manage retail-related invoices, vendor creation, and PR/PO processing within internal systems
    • Support retail uniform requests and oversee distribution to boutiques
    • Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports
    • Support CRM activities, including client account management and database maintenance
    • Manage retail gifting inventory, allocation, and distribution to boutiques
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for VIC care activities
    • Assist in organizing local in-store activations and high-end client events (e.g., HJ/FJ events), ensuring smooth and seamless execution

    Visual Merchandising:

    • Manage monthly VM tools order placement with HQ and follow up with boutiques on shipment status
    • Coordinate new animation orders with the Regional VM team
    • Support the distribution of VM guidelines to boutiques for seasonal window changes
    • Oversee VM tools storage and inventory management across office and warehouse locations

    Aftersales Service:

    • Collaborate closely with boutiques and repair workshops to manage client enquiries, including quotation preparation, logistics coordination, and repair status follow-up
    • Support spare parts orders from HQ and delivery arrangement to workshops upon arrival

    Who you are:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
    • Detailed oriented and organized
    • Strong problem-solving skills and communications skills
    • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
    • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • 1-2 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred
