BRIONI PR and Marketing Intern

How you will contribute

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Assist the daily PR sample logistics and movement with media and stylists.
• Support the localization of marketing and PR materials.
• Support the team with the coordination of marketing material shipments to and from retail stores, ensuring timely delivery.
• Research market trends and explore best-practices on various channels like websites, social media and magazines.
• Assist in vendor payment application process. 
• Media coverage monitoring and reporting. 
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and maintaining shared digital assets.
• Various ad-hoc tasks of the department.

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Good organizational Skills
• Proactive, positive, flexible, hard-worker
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A good team player
