Job Family Description - HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities, ensuring the best employee experience throughout the entire employee life cycle. Coordinates with HR subject matter experts as needed to assist business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

    Job Title: HR Operation Specialist (Fixed Term 1 year)

    The position is responsible for the successful execution of HR operations and Compensation & Benefits. This role plays a key part in ensuring positive employee experience, accurate administration of HR programs, and compliance with internal policies while providing compensation support. Requires strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and a client centric service-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Administration & Compliance

    • Maintain and update the HR policies and procedures, ensuring training as needed
    • Handle administrative processes related to visa applications and renewals, relocation support, T&A system, retirement pension claims and organizational change updates (e.g., new joiners, transfers)
    • Process benefit-related payments
    • Manage and execute C&B operational processes on a regular cycle, covering monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual activities (e.g., payroll closing, benefit allocation, retirement pension administration, leave monitoring, retirement pension administration)
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including but not limited to handicapped employee levy and exemption reports, workplace childcare surveys, veteran’s office reports
    • Maintain internal HR documentation such as employment certificates, leave records, benefit guides, and labor compliance notices
    • Ensure HR operational practices comply with local labor law and company policies.

    HRIS Systems (Workday) Management

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee C&B data in HRIS
    • Ensure effective implementation and smooth operation of HRIS and related interfaces
    • Promote digitalization and adoption of new tools to streamline C&B and HR administrative practices

    HR Benefit

    • Coordinate and manage all employee benefit programs, including flexible benefit programs, employee purchase, group term insurance, child tuition allowance, congratulatory & condolences program, employee gifting, annual leave administration, retirement pension enrollment & coordination, support compensation/Payroll data administration, and record management, etc.
    • Effectively partner with Kering Shared Service to evolve and optimize benefits related documentation and processes
    • Continuously identify opportunities to administrative practices within HR
    • Ensure timely processing of HR invoices and contracts
    • Coordinate and manage external vendors related to payroll, benefits, insurance, retirement pension and employee welfare programs.

    HR Compensation Administration

    • Support accurate and timely payroll administration, including payroll data validation and payroll closing.
    • Administer compensation-related processes, including annual salary review, variable compensation, and compensation documentation.
    • Maintain compensation data, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Support the implementation and communication of compensation policies, guidelines, and C&B initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline compensation administration processes.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and payroll-related records.
    • Validate payroll data including new hires, resignations, salary changes, leave records, overtime, incentives and deductions prior to payroll closing.
    • Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliation and post-payroll validation.
    • Support compensation benchmarking and market salary analysis.

    Employee Engagement & Event Support

    Support effective internal communication of benefit policies, leveraging company tools to optimize messaging

    • Manage employee inquires related to benefits, leave, and C&B programs in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist in planning and executing various HR-driven events and programs including but not limited to onboarding sessions, long service awards, internal campaigns, talent reward program
    • Collaborate with HR leadership and People Partners to drive employee engagement and team activation
    • Promote employee activation and participation in company sponsored programs, recognition events, and cultural experience

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operation, C&B or employee services
    • Experience supporting payroll administration is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday), Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, functions) preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
    • Ability to communicate effectively both in Korean and English
