    Role mission

    • Lead the media planning to maximize brand visibility and reinforce brand desirability
    • Amplify the visuals of our stories by campaign through strategic media choices
    • Elevate brand with focusing on the most premium media partners, contents and formats across all media types
    • Grow desirability, demand and help boost the omnichannel business through media communication

    Key accountabilities

    • Develop local media strategy, according to global brand premise, global media strategy and marketing calendar with product launch
    • Manage holistic media planning across offline and online, especially focused on Print, Out of Home, Digital Display, Online Video, Programmatic Digital, with understanding of a global media guideline, proper briefing to media agency and managing both internal media team and external media agency
    • Lead analytics and finding insights from media campaign reports
    • Plan effective creative deployment of global assets by media platform and manage all creative deliverables with being aligned with HQ creative team
    • Manage LINE account with developing communication plan based on marketing calendar
    • Set proper media KPIs liked to company goal and manage the team to achieve
    • Manage media budget with best allocation by media based on a local media strategy
    • Manage the local media agency team to ensure optimal service performance and business results.
    • Supervise the internal media team, identifying key talents and developing clear/actional individual career plan to build efficient working place

    Requirements - Key behavioral competencies - basics

    Minimum / Qualifications

    • 6+ years of working experience in media fields, being engaged in media planning and buyiing for both offline and online media (i.e. Media Manager in FMCG, Strategic planner in media agency, etc)
    • Knowledge of latest Japanese media landscape
    • Analytical mind-set and skills for both in offline and online media
    • Experience of communication and negotiation with HQ for media plan and creative assets
    • People Management skill
    • Open, flexible, adaptable and team worker
    • Native level in Japanese and Business level in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Working experience for Luxury business
    • Working experience as media manager in luxury fashion brands
    • Experience of being engaged in Out-of-box media activities
    • Excellent experience of leading a cross-functional project
    • Good relationship with key Japanese media, especially in Magazine Publishers and Digital media platforms
