GUCCI Tech Data & Analytics Senior Manager

The professional will be responsible of data visualization and governance for China data domains (e.g. Retail & Finance, Consumer Engagement, Communication, logistics). Here is a list of the main technical skills required:

• Knowledge of Data Visualization and best practices to support fast growing Company.
• Ability to translate Business use cases into efficient dashboard.
• Ability to guarantee the China Data governance following the global rules.
• Leading of the main data requests related to business domains.
• Participates in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of Data & Analytics solutions.
• Participate in project management estimation process.
• Conducts analyses of functional business processes and functional requirements and participates in the development of business cases in the support of process changes and/or IT projects.
• Familiar with China eco system, knowledge on data consolidation and mapping via breaking data barrier.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL syntax and SQL Programming.
• Theoretical knowledge of non-relational and Big Data principles and technologies such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, NoSQL.
• Deep knowledge of Business intelligence Application landscape and products, especially Knime & Tableau.
• Knowledge of data related programming languages such as Python, or of data integration tools/suites like Talend, Informatica, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good managerial skills, especially in terms of operational task management and team cooperation (both internal and third parties relationship)
