Your opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager with minimal 4 years of experience in designing and executing high-profile events & communication campaign, media amplification with agency support, preferably within the luxury industry. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and fluency in English to collaborate with internal & global team.
How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management
- Develop event narratives tailored to luxury audiences, integrating brand values into immersive experiences (e.g., private galas, VIP receptions).
- Collaborate with design and PR teams to align events details & align rundown
- On-Site Execution & Post-Event Evaluation
2. Luxury Communication Campaign Management & Media negotiation
- Design and execute communication plan for campaign idea, content & asset production.
- Understand digital & social platforms, support media director for media amplification plan
- Assist media director for media negotiation, manage media partnerships, media agency
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Negotiate contracts with agencies to secure high-quality services within budget.
- Manage media agency & event agency, Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, and external partners
4. Budget & Timeline Oversight
- Manage budgets optimizing costs without compromising on luxury standards.
- Create detailed project timelines and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Who you are?
- Experience: minimal 4 years in marketing team or agencies, preferably within luxury industry.
- Language: good English proficiency; additional languages (e.g.,French) are a plus. Be able to communicate & present to global team independently.
- Skills:
Luxury Event Expertise
Experience of content production, such as video & visual production for communication campaign asset
Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
Good timeline & process controller
