We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador who will report to a Regional Sales Manager in Kering Eyewear China

How you will contribute

> 按照”销售周期”的优先顺序和活动制作工作计划
> 保证有效地门店拜访计划,完成按每门店拜访频率的关键绩效指标考核
> 与门店经理和店员建立建设性合作关系
> 作为客户提出反馈信息和需求的品牌联络负责人.
> 确保销售目标的达成.
> 协助支持每季新品的发布.
> 保证并监督门店的品牌渗透力.
> 确保每个门店的产品陈列及库存充足.
> 遵守选择性分销准则,优化并监督产品分销.
> 通过谈判并提升品牌在店铺的曝光率,管理和优化品牌形象.
> 确保门店遵守品牌陈列指引及标准.
> 遵守准则,保护品牌资产,维护在零售的品牌形象.
> 确保针对产品,品牌及贸易营销培训活动的实施.
> 及时并准确提供客户/门店拜访报告,收集整理客户针对产品和品牌的反馈信息.
> 分析并汇报竞争对手活动情况(品牌/产品/陈列量/活动/结果).
> 分析畅销款和滞销款( 例如价格,颜色或者款式等原因).

> 经验:具有时尚/奢侈品,化妆品,快速消费品经验背景; 扎实稳定的贸易营销及市场陈列背景
> IT技能:电脑操作经验(Microsoft套件)
> 技能:优秀的交际能力;较强的目标完成导向能力;出色的谈判技巧;出色的沟通及演说技巧;善于分析的态度 &学习能力; 具备培训经历的优先;
