We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will report to Head of CS & Logs Operation in Kering Eyewear China
Your opportunity
The main job responsibilities of the role are supporting order management, return management and customer master data management.
How you will contribute
• Collecting sales order and perform order entry/change
• Monitor delivery generation and provide shipping instruction
• Customer invoice generation with finance
• Return operating in SAP
• Customer master data creation and maintenance
• Reporting provider to business parties
• Support ad-hoc requirements
• Main contact window: sales, finance, planning, logistics etc.
Who you are
• College or above
• Familiar with SAP SD/MM module is a must
• Experience on excel analysis
• Detail oriented and priority sense
• Good communication
• Team player
