    How you will contribute

    • Lead the development and maintenance of Supply Chain & Logistics Operations reporting and analysis frameworks for Japan, ensuring high data quality, visibility, and reliability.
    • Integrate and analyze shipping and cost data from multiple systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to deliver actionable insights that drive improvements in B2B and B2C service performance across warehousing and transportation.
    • Deliver clear and actionable insights to Brands, while translating brand requirements and forecasts into operationally actionable plans for the Operations team.
    • Manage and enhance invoice validation processes using data-driven methodologies, ensuring accuracy and contributing to effective cost control.

    Key Accountabilities

    Daily Reporting

    • Build up a set of KPI to support the operations team in the daily activities in order to give the best performance for our brand and take action for better efficiency
    • Set up alert and analyse the daily KPI, and share to the main stakeholder the outcome for fast reaction
    • Create automatic report to the Japan Operations team and share them to the brands

    Weekly Reporting

    • Build up a weekly report dedicated to the brand that will be shared during the weekly meeting with each brand (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, Brioni). Based on the End to End operations flow and performance, including Aftersales and Import/Export
    • Be part of the Supplier meeting in order to challenge data from their reporting and align datas
    • Create and Manage the Weekly report to the Top japan Management and WW Leadership Team of Kering

    Monthly Reporting

    • Build up a monthly report dedicated to the brand that will be shared with each brand (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, Brioni).
    • High Level of Strategic review and follow up on action plan set up by the different services
    • Perform detailed cost analysis on a monthly basis to identify cost optimization opportunities and support cost efficiency initiatives.

    Project Contribution

    • Contribute to project with your analytics point of view and data owner
    • Work closely with Senior Project Manager and WW Method and Innovation Team
    • Connected with the WW Supply Chain Data Analyst Team to improve the KPI vision, focused on Japan Activity

    Who you are

    • You have a trusted experience (at least 3 years) as Data Analyst position. Supply Chain and Logistics is a must
    • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), including development-level capabilities, as well as advanced Excel skills (e.g., VBA) and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint).
    • Aware of typical capabilities of different IT systems supporting the Logistics processes (SAP, ERP, WMS, planning systems)
    • You have an analytical mindset and critical and solution-oriented thinking
    • Possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear, compelling presentations.
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a background in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management would be considered an advantage.
