    Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -Warehousing and Logistics-Distribution: Directs operation to effectively manage receipt, storage, selection, packaging, loading, and shipping of products to the customer. Sub-Job Family Description - Logistics: Oversees and facilitates the supply chain operations of our company. Receives and processes warehouse stock products. Working in partnership with warehousing, coordinates personnel and processes to optimise the distribution of goods and ensure high client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-End Logistics Management: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including international freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and client deliveries.
    • Luxury & High-Value Goods Expertise: Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of high-value jewelry with strict compliance to security protocols, insurance requirements, and chain-of-custody procedures.
    • 3PL & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and freight partners; conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
    • Inventory Visibility & Accuracy: Collaborate with warehouse and retail teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation across all channels.
    • E-commerce & Omnichannel Fulfillment: Support seamless integration of online and offline logistics, returns management, and same-day/express delivery options.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Chinese import/export regulations, tax policies (e.g., VAT, customs duties), and product labeling requirements.
    • Cost Optimization: Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality or brand integrity.
    • Risk Management & Crisis Response: Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including natural disasters, customs delays, or security incidents.
    • Sustainability Initiatives: Support the company’s sustainability goals by promoting eco-friendly packaging and green logistics practices where feasible.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on logistics performance, delivery times, shipping costs, and service levels to the Greater China President and global supply chain team.
