This role is to support Communication team in daily operations, brand event execution, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient departmental workflow. Assist in building brand awareness through media, KOL, and celebrity engagement.
Main responsibility:
1. Administrative & Financial Support – Handle daily office tasks including courier shipments, document submission, internal approval requests, purchase orders, and expense claims.
2. Event Support – Assist in on-site execution of brand events such as Fine Jewellery exhibitions, press days, store openings, and media previews (logistics, RSVP, materials preparation).
3. Reporting & Documentation – Compile weekly and monthly reports (media coverage, social listening, event recaps, competitor activities) using Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Market Research – Conduct basic competitor analysis, trend research, and assist in preparing presentation decks for internal meetings.
