We are looking for a Senior Financial Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong (Global HQ for Qeelin). If you are a strategic finance professional with a passion for the luxury industry, this role offers a unique chance to lead the global accounting function from our headquarters.

About the Role

Based at Qeelin's Hong Kong Headquarters, this role heads the global financial accounting function across all markets. You will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, serving as the central pillar for the brand's financial integrity. You will not only manage the HQ's accounting lifecycle but also drive strategic insights and compliance standards globally.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Full Accounting Oversight: Managing the complete accounting lifecycle across all markets and supervising teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Strategic Reporting: Preparing monthly financial reports and analysis (sales, margin, EBIT, cash flow) for management review.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and annual financial statements.

• Audit & Compliance: Assisting with audits, validating subsidiary reports, and supporting system integrations.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a candidate with:

• Experience: Minimum 12 years in financial accounting, ideally within a sizable retail or luxury organization.

• Global/Regional Expertise: Proven experience in consolidation and internal control procedures.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 and Hyperion experience is a plus).

• Mindset: A strategic thinker who can link data analysis to performance and drive behavioral changes.
