Responsibilities
1. Retail Reporting & Data Management Compile and distribute administrative dashboards for senior management. Maintain and update master data regarding store openings, closures, and headcount. Assist in tracking retail budgets and expenditures, flagging any discrepancies to the Head of Retail. Ensure data integrity across internal retail systems and assist with system updates or audits as required.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication Act as the primary administrative point of contact between the Greater China Retail team and other functional departments. Coordinate the distribution of internal communications, SOP updates, and brand guidelines to all retail stores. Liaise with external vendors, landlords, and service providers for administrative matters. Assist in organizing regional retail events and town halls, handling all logistical and administrative preparations.
3. Process Optimization & Compliance Review and streamline existing retail administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. Ensure all retail administrative activities comply with local laws, company policies, and global compliance standards. Support the onboarding and offboarding administrative processes for retail management staff. Maintain an up-to-date tracking system for retail licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation
