Alexander McQueen is currently seeking a Commercial Insights Manager who will report to the Worldwide Retail & Wholesale Director and support the building and monitoring of the WW and Wholesale/Retail Strategy and Performance.
How you will contribute:
Development and monitoring of key Retail KPIs, targets and risks across all key topics including client retention, cross-selling, local client share etc.
Partnering with Technology & Innovation team on all topics regarding Retail data management & reporting
Development of PowerBI reporting to drive insights across the business across a variety of topics including sell-through, stock holdings,
Monitoring correlation between performance retail variables across data channels
Continued Ad-hoc analysis covering such topics as:
Product category trends v age, nationality, v other regions, Kering brands
Store performance vs targets
Client behaviour evolution
Partner with Technology & Innovation team to manage all Wholesale data management & reporting
Manage client replenishment integration and monthly replenishment process to ensure commercial targets are reached
Development of Wholesale budgeting, tracking and forecasting process across AMQ/MCQ brands
Providing in-market performance monitoring and analysis covering such topics as best-sellers, product mixes, SKU counts etc.
Management of Wholesale sell-out data processes & reporting
Ad-hoc reporting for senior management covering the end to end Wholesale lifecycle & key risks from shipment progress to mark down performance
Your skills & experience:
You will have advanced knowledge and skills within Microsoft Excel
You will have experience with a Retail and/or Wholesale business
University degree in a related field (Economics, Computer Science etc.) highly advantageous, but not essential
You will have basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
You will have basic knowledge of PowerBI or equivalent BI tool (Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.)
You will have strong research, data, and analytical skills
You will have strong attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure;
You will be able to work independently
