    Your Opportunity:

    We are looking for a Strategy & Business Analyst to join our team and actively contribute to strategic planning, business analysis and executive-level reporting.
    The role offers high exposure to senior leadership and close interaction with the Group, playing a key part in shaping data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, business development initiatives and performance monitoring across channels and markets.

    How you will contribute:

    Executive & Strategic Support

    • Play a key role in the preparation of HQs documents for meeting with the Group to recap current company strategy and projects
    • Perform strategic analyses to identify and assess new business opportunities, new channels and growth initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support long-term business strategy and positioning.
    • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

    Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring

    • Analyze historical sales trends, sell-in data and overall business performance.
    • Perform detailed analyses on B2C channels and key B2B partners, with a focus on sell-out performance.
    • Perform analyses to review global collection trends, with particular attention to product categories and SKU-level performance.
    • Conduct analyses to evaluate new product launches or review the existing product portfolio.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of specific sales and commercial campaigns through ad hoc deep dives.
    • Take a key role in the creation, development and continuous improvement of analysis dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic and operational decision-making.

    Who you are

    • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related analytical field.
    • Around 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles, preferably in structured or international environments.
    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
    • Proven experience in preparing materials for senior management or executive committees.
    • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
    • Fluent in Italian and English.
    • Ability to work across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    What we offer

    Compensation: starting at 29.323,28€ based on experience, eligibility to annual bonus as per CCAL.
