Your Opportunity

The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for ensuring that all processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization.

How you will contribute:

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of Store Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage vendor relations and inventory logistics for retail store supplies (office supplies, packaging, stationary, uniforms etc.)
  • Review and analyze monthly operational and overhead expenses to strategize areas to approve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Partner with Store Planning and Retail Leadership teams to function as project manager for all store openings and renovations.
  • Oversee retail related customer service team and program ensuring consistent and brand appropriate communication with a focus on the highest level of service standards.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and IT teams to ensure consistent and elevated Omni-channel approach on all processes.
  • Maximize the business potential of the store and sales in line with company strategy
  • Manage Inventory processes to reduce shrink and account for accurate on hand product availability
  • Responsible for staff optimization and support the achievement of Sales Target
  • Depending on the needs of the business and/ or department, may complete other duties as assigned to advance a particular project or resolve a business issue.
  • Accountable for operational business performance and maintaining high standards of service, training and development, health and safety, and security.
  • Preparation of reports, business analyses, budgets and other paperwork activities.
  • Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy
  • Strong experience in luxury fashion retail operations management (7 to 10 years of experience)
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work in team environment
  • Project management skills and the proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environment

Who you are:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of previous operational experience; preferably from Luxury Retail
  • Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work in all environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills and proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner with minimal oversight, consistently meeting goals and deadlines 
  • Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word and Various Retail Applications
  • Willingness and availability to travel as needed
