Our Opportunity:
You will be responsible for all Trade Marketing, supporting North & Latin America. Responsible for all marketing initiatives to drive sales, increase client engagement, trading data on competitors, strategic insights, support corporate strategy, manage events and generate ROI on al initiatives. Responsibility covers retail and wholesale channels for Pomellato and full budget accountability.
How you will contribute:
Retail
Develop retail strategy with the brand President around client engagement, store activations, events and incentives.
Support network of 4 stores in North America and 5 stores in Mexico directly
Drive maximum client engagement through events & initiatives.
Create a calendar of clienteling initiatives and implement within the network of stores.
Plan and execute store level events to drive brand awareness and sales with a focus on ROI
Ensure that there is relevant and strong clienteling culture in the stores, which is supported with tools and budget that build relationships with clients to inspire loyalty and sales.
Create incentives on an ad hoc basis to keep teams motivated.
Develop strategies for sales success on new product launches or re-launches in the market.
Manage budget and distribution of all collateral & VM
Deliver VM guidelines throughout the year and at events.
Wholesale
Collaborate closely with VP of Wholesale to define strategy to increase brand awareness and penetration by door
Responsible for entire coop budget for wholesale channel including media, events, incentives, collateral, and VM for both department stores and independent retailers.
With department stores, work closely on branding and digital opportunities that grow the business. Support all events to add to annual sales success
Create and execute events respectful of RPI targets.
Support sales team to achieve sales targets in their doors.
Conceive and execute incentives to drive sales in key periods.
Manage collateral needs, allocation and distribution
Support VM directives, distribution & budget throughout the year.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing or related field;
3 years of Marketing, Marketing experience in a luxury and or jewelry environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated, strategic thinking and self-starting individual
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Spanish a (+)
Must have authorization to work in the US
Salary range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000/year
