BRIONI Store Operations Associate
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Store Operations Associate who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in River Oaks District, Houston.
You will oversee the back-office activities for the store to maximize process efficiency, ensure loss prevention, and the best customer service.
How you will contribute
Manages and coordinate the required permits for non-ordinary works (Maintenance, bulky deliveries…)
Monitor and supervise the inventory and the activity of the Stock Keepers to avoid losses.
Supervise payment procedures and manages the Cashier(s), working alongside them during payments if necessary and helping them find a solution to any problem that may occur.
Manage the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits with the bank.
Collaborate with the Facilities office to supervise all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations.
Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all the operations procedure, providing regular feedback and exchange with the local Ops team to ensure alignment and timely support whenever needed.
Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner is done by the Stock Assistant
Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner.
Ensure orders and stock levels of stationary, drinks and packaging orders and stock levels.
Plan and undertake inventory operations and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention.
Be the point of contact with the corporate teams such as Facilities, VM, etc. for all the related issues (refurbishments, set up for special events etc.)
Manage phone sales and keep record of out of city clients.
Plan Delivery Schedule of the day/week
Coordinate and work with various departments to maintain a high efficiency at store level.
Handle administrative tasks, such as consolidating packaging order, uniform order with boutiques and order follow up.
Support Retail Operations team in ad hoc project
Who you are
2+ years prior experience in similar position
Fluent in English
Availability to work a flexible schedule.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, high energy level, and is team oriented.
Flexibility to work in a multicultural context.
Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
Strong problem solving, and organzation skills
Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
