We are currently seeking a Retail Excellence Manager (Visual Merchandising) East, as part of our Retail Excellence team.

    How you will contribute

    • Improve distribution quality across the East Region by enhancing in-store presence and brand visibility.
    • Partner with top accounts in the East Region to increase sell-out performance and revenue growth.
    • Work with the Head of Sales and regional sales teams to define store lists, action plans, and objectives.
    • Create activity plans (e.g., visual merchandising, training, cross-selling, trunk shows) for in-store specialists, to be reviewed with the Head of Retail Excellence. Set quarterly and annual targets.
    • Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists in the East Region, providing insights and action plans to improve performance.
    • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams to ensure effective trade marketing execution in the East Region.
    • Provide support to in-store specialists in the East Region, ensuring high standards in trade marketing execution. Conduct regular visits to top locations.
    • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to assess client performance in the East Region. Identify new market opportunities and track competitor actions.
    • Foster a culture focused on exceeding customer needs and expectations in the East Region.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional team. Regularly assess and drive performance.
    • Oversee and manage the regional team’s travel and expense budget.
    • Provide feedback for improvement, promoting a culture of operational excellence.
    • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in your Region/team.

    Who you are

    • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Visual merchandising or related field.
    • +5 years of industry experience (Eyewear and/or Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics) both Retail and Wholesales
    • Open to travel 70% Time (field-based position)
    • Ability to be flexible and work within fast moving environments
    • Mature personality, self-motivated, positive attitude
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Excellent customer relationship capabilities
    • Experience in “story telling”, presenting imaginative marketing solutions to clients/peers
    • Pro-activity and Target focus
    • Passion for brands and a commitment to excellence in execution.
    • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Power Point

    Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 USD annually
