    We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist as part of the Group Operations worldwide department based in Wayne, New Jersey. The primary purpose of the role is to oversee international and domestic transportation related partners across various distribution channels to ensure cost-effective, timely and efficient process management.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    • Develop and monitor daily KPIs to ensure efficient management of all transportation flows.
    • Maintain proactive communication with key partners and suppliers to obtain updates, address feedback, and escalate major delays or issues to meet brand targets across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce operations.
    • Provide timely updates to corporate teams and brand partners regarding critical matters, including system issues and significant delays due to both controllables and non-controllables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand objectives, including lead-time and budget requirements.
    • Lead strategic projects focused on business continuity, process optimization, and cost reduction within transportation operations.
    • Identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
    • Document and track issues through resolution, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Support retail operations by addressing store-related discrepancies, maintaining metrics, monitoring and resolving claims. and driving continuous improvement.
    • Manage high-volume email communications with precision and responsiveness, ensuring timely execution of tasks related to vendors, logistics, and retail operations.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s Degree; Logistics or Supply Chain Management concentration a plus
    • 2-3 years related experience in Supply Chain or Logistics role
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
    • Proficient in MS Office Software, Microsoft PowerBI, SQL
    • Proactive problem solver with the ability to independently deep dive into issues, analyze and identify solutions
    • Ability to multi-task and effectively plan and execute strategies within tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail a must

    Salary: $70,000 - $77,000 per year
