Dividend for financial year 2023

The Board of Directors of Kering, at its meeting of December 7, 2023, has declared an interim dividend for financial year 2023. 

 

The interim dividend will amount to €4.50 per share. The interim dividend will be paid on January 17, 2024 on positions recorded as of January 16, 2024 after market close. 

 

The ex-dividend date will be January 15, 2024 before trading. 

 

The balance of the dividend for financial year 2023 will be proposed by the Board of Directors of February 7, 2024 for approval by the Annual General Meeting of April 25, 2024.

 

Kering’s goal is to maintain well-balanced payout ratios taking into account changes in net income from continuing operations (excluding non-recurring items), Group share, as well as available cash flow.


To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must hold at least one Kering share on the record date.

The dividend is automatically paid, without any specific required procedure from the shareholder.

1. For holders of administered registered shares and bearer shares, your financial intermediary will credit your account according to the number of shares you own.

2. For holders of ordinary registered shares, Société Générale Securities Services will send to you a letter-check or will wire the amount to your bank account on the date the dividend is paid.

 

Dividend for financial year 2022

 

The dividend per share for 2022 financial year amounted to €14.00, on which €9.50 per share was paid on May 4, 2023, in addition to the interim dividend of €4.50 paid on January 18, 2023.
