Your opportunity We are currently seeking a Go-to-Market Specialist who will report to Senior Go-to-Market Manager as part of our dynamic Go-to-Market team in Milan.How you will contribute<ul><li>Support the Go-to-Market team in quarterly tracking of distribution “advances” through the update and analysis of the distribution KPIs. How you will contributeA. Shipment Management (50%)<ul><li>Handle the full set of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, freight booking …etc</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules daily, track outgoing/ incoming shipments, and resolve any delays or customs clearance issues.</li><li>Maintain and share accurate shipment records in the system or shared drives to ensure end-to-end traceability for all after sales transactions.</li><li>Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders (Stores, HQ, regional office ) as needed.</li></ul>B. Key Responsibilities1. Data Governance &amp; System Build (The Foundation)<ul><li>Data Cleansing &amp; Structuring: Take ownership of our historical data. You will perform the heavy lifting to clean, de-duplicate, and standardize data to create a &#34;Single Source of Truth.&#34;</li><li>Technical Configuration: Hands-on configuration of the CRM system (fields, workflows, user permissions). You will ensure the system is built logically to support business needs.</li><li>Data Integration: Work with IT Teams to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM, POS (Retail), and E-commerce platforms, ensuring no customer interaction is lost.</li></ul>2. Business Insights &amp; Analytics (The Value Add)<ul><li>Customer Behavior Analysis: Move beyond basic reporting. Analyze complex customer behaviors (e.g., cross-channel shopping patterns, churn risk, product affinity) to identify opportunities.</li><li>Empowering Commercial Strategy: Provide the Retail/E-commerce/WS teams with segmented data lists and insights to drive their daily workflows.<ul><li>           。Example: &#34;Here is a list of 50 VIPs who haven&#39;t purchased in 6 months but viewed our new collection online—please contact them.&#34;</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Performance Reporting: Design and automate dashboards that track KPIs (Retention Rate, CLV, Sell-through) so the leadership team has real-time visibility into performance.</li></ul><ul><li>3. Key ResponsibilitiesPR &amp; Communications- Execute regional PR and communications initiatives in alignment with overall brand direction and seasonal priorities.- Manage daily PR activities including press materials, media outreach, coverage tracking, and reporting.- Maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, editors, stylists, and industry opinion leaders to support ongoing brand visibility.- Support regular media pitching and ensure all communications materials are accurate, polished, and on-brand.- Coordinate editorial opportunities, press requests, and media-related follow-up in a timely and professional manner.Advertising &amp; Media Execution- Support the execution of traditional advertising initiatives, including OOH, print advertising, and other offline media placements, in alignment with brand and campaign priorities.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors on advertising timelines, artwork submission, approvals, production, and placement.- Ensure all advertising materials are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered accurately and on schedule.- Support tracking, documentation, and reporting of advertising and media placements where applicable.Events, Partnerships &amp; Brand Visibility- Support the planning and execution of brand events, including store openings, press previews, media gatherings, and client activations.- Assist in identifying and supporting partnership opportunities with like-minded luxury brands, hotels, art institutions, and other relevant collaborators.- Work closely with retail partners and landlord marketing teams to support aligned activations, visibility opportunities, and co-branded initiatives.- Contribute to initiatives that elevate brand presence across key moments and platforms.Marketing &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration- Support the execution of regional marketing and communication activities across campaigns, launches, and key commercial moments.- Collaborate closely with Retail, Clienteling, Merchandising and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.- Help align PR efforts with broader marketing and social media activity to ensure a cohesive brand experience.- Support in-store activations and engagement initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen client connection.Influencer &amp; Celebrity Support- Support selection of influencer, KOL, and celebrity for engagement that in line with business priorities and available budgets.- Coordinate occasional product seeding, dressing requests, and related follow-up where relevant.- Monitor relevant cultural, celebrity, and influencer trends to share insights and identify appropriate visibility opportunities.Operations, Reporting &amp; Coordination- Oversee day-to-day PR sample coordination, including logistics, tracking, and returns, with careful attention to luxury asset handling.- Prepare reports, presentation materials, and relevant documentation to support PR and marketing activities.- Assist with contracts, payments, filing, and other administrative follow-up as needed.- Provide regular updates and performance insights to support ongoing optimization of initiatives.Qualifications &amp; Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sector.- Solid experience in media relations, PR execution, event coordination, and marketing support.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in*English and Mandarin.- Good understanding of luxury brand positioning, communications, and cultural trends.- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, media monitoring tools, and relevant PR platforms..
