ROLE &amp; MISSIONLa risorsa, operando nel rispetto delle direttive ricevute dal team Pianificazione della produzione, collabora con i colleghi nell’analisi dei lanci di produzione per le strutture interne ed esterne e supporta nell’individuazione delle azioni di miglioramento implementabili nel dipartimento di riferimento al fine di elevare gli standard operativi e qualitativi riducendo i costi nel miglioramento dell’efficienza.   Compiti e responsabilità principali·         Analizza i processi degli enti coinvolti supportando nell’identificazione di potenziali azioni di miglioramento.·         Genera reportistica giornaliera e settimanale.·         Collabora con i colleghi del dipartimento ad eseguire analisi-lanci e lanci in produzione.·         Collabora ad ottimizzare i flussi di comunicazione interna per ottimizzare le movimentazioni.·         Si interfaccia con le varie funzioni aziendali per una tempestiva identificazione di inefficienze che potrebbero generare un mancato rispetto della delivery programmata.·         Gestisce i progetti assegnati in termini di tempi, costi e qualità.REQUISITI-        Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale-        Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese-        Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel eccellente)-        Conoscenza di SAP (è un plus)COMPETENZE-        Analisi e attenzione al dettaglio-        Autonomia, proattività, problem solving-        Iniziativa-        Orientamento al risultato-        Project Management-        Capacità relazionali

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.
