    BOTTEGA VENETA - PR Intern

    Your opportunity Support the PR team in brand communication, showroom operation and PR event execution. Responsible for media data tracking, document archiving and cross-department coordination, as well as on-site event logistics. Follow up brand coverage of celebrities and KOLs, compile competitor communication materials, and ensure smooth operation of daily PR administration, reimbursement and related projects.

    Job Responsibilities


    1. Support daily operation of brand showroom, including compiling sample lists, conducting sample inventory, coordinating shooting arrangements and on-site execution, to ensure timely delivery of brand visual materialsKering.

    2. Assist PR data collation and report preparation: collect press articles, track media exposure metrics, analyze communication performance, and consolidate DMR digital media reports.

    3. Organize, proofread and archive PR documents and event materials; support expense reimbursement, Esker payment application and daily administrative coordinationKering.

    4. Act as the cross-department liaison, align with Retail, Merchandise, E-commerce, Finance teams to share information and follow up on project delivery.

    5. Provide on-site support and logistics for offline PR activities, including store visits & shooting, media salons and new product launches, to guarantee smooth event executionKering.

    6. Collect brand coverage from celebrities and KOLs, sort out social media content and communication case studies.

    7. Maintain PR archives: file PR materials, update media contact database, compile competitor communication content, and support regular media relations maintenanceKering.
