MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your opportunity
Retail Excellence and Operation Senior Manager is responsible for translating Retail Strategy into
specific actions in/for the stores as well as to support stores to operate efficiently on a day-today
basis. You will be accountable for leading stores to maximize performance, by leveraging
sales & client analytics, business insights in line with KPIs, as well as to manage an array of
aspects in running stores flawlessly. Scope also includes setting up new stores and closing
smoothly.
How you will contribute
As a Retail Excellence and Operation Senior Manager, you are accountable for the scope outlined
as below to maximize the store performance, operations and productivity by providing strategy.
Retail Excellence & Performance
Develop and leads the planning of strategic actions for stores to achieve topline through
performance analytics by providing guidance to Flagship store and Area Managers,
supporting planning w/. MD (e.g. Caravans) and Client Engagement (CE) team (e.g.
MTO/OTOs)
Gaisho events implementation by dept store groups, in synch with CE and Business
Development team
Plans sales incentive schemes/programs in coordination with Store Planning and HR based
on sales trends/ KPIs
Runs performance analytics, delivers insights by store
Manage KPI boards, Weekly/Monthly reporting, competitor analysis
Retail Projects: Pop Ups
Operations:
General store administration management
Store IT
Logistics coordination (Supply chain, Security)
Store tool management i.e., packaging, uniforms, stationary
Back of house (BOH) management
Audit/Omni/Certificate of crafts management support, work closely with HQ
Client inquiries (not covered by Kering Shared Service)
