The Alexander McQueen Design team is seeking a skilled Collection Coordinator Assistant to join the team in London and support both the Studio & Design teams.
How you will contribute?
Assist Coordination team/Design team in all daily activities
Assist Coordination team with Archive request and returns
Assist Collection Coordinator with rails management in the studio and toiles tracking
Manage all shipments requests and toiles recipients leasing with facilities team and product development team in Novara
Manage toiles tracking and keep all related folders up to date
Support Collection Coordinator with van organisation
Assist with general boards management and storage
Liaise with Studio Team for all activities related to studio organisation
Assist with coordination of Special projects when necessary
Assist with all Creative director’s and Head of Design requests
Assist with woven collection board preparation and make sure it is always organised and up to date
Assist during collection launch prep (FTS) with all related activities
Manage sketch codify folder and fitting photos archive
Manage scanning and archiving of seasonal research
Participate in vintage research
Keep all the folders in the server organised and updated
Who you are?
Highly Organised with strong communication skills
Previous experience with Woven's is desirable
Fluent in English whilst being proficient in spoken and written Italian
Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe packages
