    We are currently seeking a Head of Integrated Media & Digital Insights to join our dynamic Global Marketing team in Milan.
    The role will report to the Global Marketing & Communication Director and will be responsible for defining, leading and evolving the global media strategy for Bottega Veneta, and analytical digital framework for the brand across all markets and channels.

    This role is responsible for driving marketing effectiveness through sophisticated data structuring, optimizing the media agency ecosystem, and serving as the key point of contact for Internal and Kering corporate functions to ensure strategic alignment.

    How you will contribute?

    Global Media Strategy & Planning

    • Define and lead the global media strategy across all, ensuring consistency with brand positioning, business objectives and global marketing priorities.
    • Oversee the development of integrated media plans across digital, search, print and OOH.
    • Ensure that global campaign guidelines and KPIs are clearly translated into regional and local media strategies, allowing for market-specific optimization.
    • Act as senior partner to global and local media agencies and teams, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence in execution and continuous performance improvement.

    Digital Performance, Measurement & Insights

    • Architect a systematic approach to structuring insights, ensuring they are consistently collected and cascaded. Ensure local market nuances are integrated into the global narrative.
    • Define and own the global digital communication and marketing measurement framework, including KPIs by funnel stage, reporting standards and performance benchmarks.
    • Oversee global dashboards and reporting cadence, ensuring clarity, consistency and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
    • Lead the end-to-end performance evaluation for major brand moments, such as fashion shows, analyzing impact across the entire spectrum—from social listening and digital engagement to print performance.
    • Drive continuous optimization by translating performance data into strategic recommendations for media mix, investment allocation, audiences and creatives.
    • Lead advanced measurement initiatives such as brand lift, conversion lift, store traffic studies, MMMs (in collaboration with internal and external partners), A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
    • Ensure data integrity, correct tracking implementations and alignment across platforms and markets.

    Cross-functional & External Collaboration

    • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Brand, Digital, CRM, eCommerce, Retail, Image and Production teams to ensure media is fully integrated within the broader marketing ecosystem.
    • Coordinate with Regional Offices, Kering media teams and external partners to align on best practices, innovation, tools and governance.
    • Stay ahead of media, platform and market trends, proactively identifying new opportunities, partners and test & learn initiatives.

    Budget & Governance

    • Own and oversee the global media budget, ensuring effective investment allocation, ROI focus and rigorous budget tracking across markets and currencies.
    • Ensure proper financial governance, forecasting and reconciliation in close collaboration with finance and regional teams.

    Who you are?

    • Experience: 12+ years in senior media/marketing leadership. Experience within a Luxury Group structure (e.g., Kering, LVMH) is highly preferred.
    • Agency Management: Proven track record in agency transformation, including pitching, contract negotiation, and performance optimization at a global scale.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to navigate complex corporate environments, influencing stakeholders at both the Brand and Group/Holding level.
    • Reporting Expertise: Proven ability to structure and manage complex reporting cadences, specifically bridging "Local Brand Demand" with "Global Performance" metrics.
    • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the evolving AdTech/MarTech landscape, including privacy regulations and multi-channel evaluation (Social, Digital, Print).
