BOTTEGA VENETA - Stock Associate, Bond Street (Part Time)

We are currently seeking a Stock Associate to be a part of our team at Old Bond Street Boutique.

ROLE MISSION

The Stock Associate, reporting to the Store Operations Supervisor/Store Operations Manager, ensures the efficient management and organization of inventory. This includes receiving, storing, and maintaining goods, facilitating stock movements between locations, and handling administrative tasks related to inventory. Their goal is to keep the warehouse and sales floor well-stocked, organized, and aligned with company guidelines, ensuring smooth operations and product availability for customers

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

STOCK AND ADMINISTRATION

• Merchandise Reception: Unload, scan, check quality/quantity, and record stock in the warehouse system.
• Storage: Ensure goods are stored properly, in good condition, tidy, and easily accessible. Monitor warehouse space.
• Stock Movements: Organize store transfers and returns, prepare goods/documents, and collaborate on consignment procedures.
• Omnichannel Services: Manage pick-up in store, ship from store, and distant sales shipments.
• Documentation & Checks: Execute administrative tasks, maintain CITES documentation, conduct daily checks, and replenish sales floor products.
• Stock Analysis: Carry out daily checks using a dedicated report (JDA system) on the status of sold material and stock in the warehouse. Responsible for replenishing products on the sales floor and sending replenishment requests to the Merchandising office.
• Supplies Inventory: Liaise with the Operations Office, on indication of the Manager, to order packaging and with external suppliers to order materials such as stationery, uniforms, beverages, etc. (if the store does not have an Assistant Operations).

KPIs

• Year End Inventory Shrinkage Result (0.2%)
• Adjustment target per quarter (to be checked with Inventory for targets)
• Negative Stock maintenance (target 2%)
