We are looking for an Executive Sales Associate to be part of our retail team in our Paris Vendôme Flagship.
As an Executive Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring store excellence.
You will represent the most stylish and cutting-edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service, delivering consistently exceptional standards aligned with our brand, while developing your client portfolio and achieving ambitious targets.
Your primary responsabilities will include :
Sales performance
Driving individual and boutique performance through a strong results-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence
Building, developing, and retaining a high-value client portfolio through a personalized and relationship-driven approach
Demonstrating a strong team spirit by actively contributing to collective success and supporting colleagues in delivering an outstanding client experience
Showing a high level of proactivity in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strategic networks
Leveraging external networks, events, and personal connections to continuously enrich the client base and strengthen the Maison’s visibility
Taking initiative in client acquisition and engagement, with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
Boucheron policies and procedures
Ensuring full alignment with Maison standards, processes, and Retail Excellence guidelines
Delivering the Boucheron selling ceremony with precision and consistency
Upholding the values, ethics, and heritage of Boucheron and the Kering Group
Ensuring excellence in boutique operations and presentation in line with brand standards
Maintaining accuracy and rigor in client data and internal tools (CRM, POS)
Adhering to all security, compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
Retail Operations
Supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the boutique
Demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset in contributing to broader team priorities
Actively engaging in team initiatives, meetings, and boutique events
Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
Contributing to clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
Supporting stock management and back-of-house organization in line with Maison standards.
Your profile :
Strong previous experience (+8 years) in a similar role within high jewellery, high watchmaking, or haute couture
Business developer mindset (Recruiting VIP Clients)
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player, motivated by working towards shared goals and supportive of colleagues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
English fluent mandatory, another language is an asset.
