    DODO Senior Art Director

    Pomellato - Regular
    Milano - Italy

Founded in Milan in 1994, DoDo was the first luxury brand to offer "talking charms"—jewels that combine playful storytelling with deep emotional meaning. As part of the Kering Group, we are a pioneer in sustainability, being one of the first jewelers to use responsible gold in all our creations. Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection.

    Role Purpose

As a Senior Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving DoDo’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints, taking ownership of creative projects from initial concept to final execution. You will be responsible for developing compelling and distinctive visual directions that strengthen the brand’s identity, storytelling, positioning, and desirability within the luxury jewelry landscape.

The Senior Art Director will report to the Head of Image and Creative Production and will work closely also with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams. The role will lead multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing different priorities, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring a consistently high level of creative quality. You will contribute to the definition of creative strategies, identify relevant cultural and visual opportunities, and translate insights and research into innovative creative concepts across campaigns, digital platforms, content productions, and brand communications.

The role requires a strong understanding of the luxury, jewelry, fashion and lifestyle industries, combined with a highly developed visual culture, curiosity, and the ability to proactively bring new references, ideas, and creative perspectives to the brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of creative concepts and visual directions across campaigns, digital platforms, brand activations, content productions, and brand communications, from briefing to final delivery.
    • Translate brand objectives and strategic briefs into strong, distinctive, and consistent visual concepts that reflect DoDo’s identity and positioning.
    • Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, visual territories, treatments, storyboards, and art direction proposals, clearly articulating the creative rationale behind each project.
    • Develop and oversee the creative execution of photoshoots, content productions, and other creative projects, translating the overall creative direction into compelling visual outcomes and collaborating with photographers, filmmakers, stylists, set designers, agencies, and other external creative partners.
    • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of creative quality while meeting deadlines, budgets, and production requirements.
    • Conduct ongoing creative, cultural, and industry research, identifying emerging trends, visual languages, cultural movements, artists, photographers, designers, and relevant references that can inform and evolve the brand’s creative expression.
    • Review and refine creative work throughout the development process, maintaining high standards of execution, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
    • Support the Head of Image and Creative Production and the Creative Director in defining and evolving the brand’s broader visual language and creative direction.
    • Manage presentations and creative reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners, effectively communicating creative ideas and securing alignment.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and creative standards across markets and channels.

    Profile & Requirements

    • 6–8 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative role, preferably within luxury, fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or premium brands.
    • Proven experience in leading creative projects from concept to execution, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a distinctive visual point of view.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively across different levels of complexity, deadlines, stakeholders, and creative requirements.
    • Strong creative research skills and the ability to translate cultural, visual, and industry insights into original creative concepts and relevant visual directions.
    • Ability to develop a creative idea from a strategic brief and translate it into a coherent visual language across multiple channels and touchpoints.
    • Strong experience on photoshoots and content production, with the ability to direct and collaborate effectively with photographers, filmmakers, stylists, agencies, and production partners.
    • High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, refined, and brand-relevant creative work.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion design, video editing, and other creative software is considered a plus.
    • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions while maintaining a clear and confident creative point of view.
