Your opportunity
As Assistant Store Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Store Manager in the operational management and development of our Florence Flagship Store, directly contributing to the boutique’s performance. You will ensure consistent excellence in customer experience, supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
You will act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the culture and values of Ginori 1735 both internally and externally, embodying the Brand’s identity and strengthening relationships with clients, while enhancing the uniqueness of the in-store experience.
This role requires a strong sensitivity to the luxury world, high attention to detail, and the ability to combine operational excellence, commercial vision, and relationship quality, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

What we offer
Compensation: starting at 31.396,68€ based on experience, eligibility to annual bonus as per CCAL
