What will you learn with us?

The Client Engagement team plays a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth through client-centric strategies, engagement initiatives, and data-driven insights. As a Client Engagement Intern, you will support the team in delivering projects and activities aimed at enhancing client loyalty, elevating the client experience, and fostering meaningful engagement across different touchpoints. This internship offers the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic, operational, and analytical aspects of client engagement within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the coordination of client events, activations, and client-focused experiences.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and tools supporting client engagement activities.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of client trends, behaviors, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in client engagement initiatives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client loyalty, engagement, and overall experience.
• Provide organizational and operational support for ongoing team priorities and strategic projects.

What are the basics?

• Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, Fashion Management, or related fields.
• Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in luxury, client experience, and customer-centric strategies.

How will the Recruitment process look like? 

• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be invited to complete an online assessment.
• The next step will be an initial screening interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, during which we will discuss your background, motivation, and career aspirations.
• Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to the final step of the recruitment process, consisting of an interview with the Hiring Manager.
