    GUCCI Global Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Planning, the Global Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing projects, stakeholder engagement activities and cross-functional coordination. The role will also contribute to reporting, budget monitoring, market analysis and the effective management of project-related information and tools.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support reporting activities, budget tracking and the consolidation of information from different departments.
    • Supporting the preparation of presentations, meeting materials and marketing tools for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assisting the team in the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives and special projects.
    • Conducting market and competitor research and preparing summary analyses.
    • Managing and updating databases, trackers and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail and Communication.
    • Providing general operational support to the team, helping manage priorities and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.    
       

    Key Requirements      

    • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Business Analysis or related functions.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proactive, flexible and collaborative attitude.
    • Fluent English.

    Salary Package           

    • Gross Annual Salary:  36.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).  
    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (unique alphanumeric code: D111)
