    Your Opportunity

    This is a unique opportunity to play a key creative role within the High End Ready‑to‑Wear universe, contributing to the development of High End and Special Projects at the highest level of craftsmanship and creativity.

    Working in close collaboration with the WRTW Design Director and/or the Creative Director, you will be involved in translating creative vision into exceptional garments, shaping volumes, special silhouettes and one‑of‑a‑kind pieces that fully embody the brand’s aesthetic, codes and savoir‑faire.

    You will operate at the intersection of creative excellence, technical mastery and artisanal execution, collaborating closely with Creative Ateliers. The role offers strong creative ownership, exposure to high‑visibility projects and the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of High End RTW through innovation, precision and attention to detail.

    This role requires a refined balance between couture‑level experimentation, deep exploration of volumes and special constructions, and advanced technical mastery, all anchored in a contemporary and highly expressive aesthetic aligned with the brand’s creative sensibility. The position oversees the entire creative journey — from research and conceptual vision to the development of unique, one‑of‑a‑kind and special garments — guiding each piece through fittings, refinement and final approval with an uncompromising focus on craftsmanship, innovation and artistic integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the definition and development of a contemporary and experimental High End RTW vision, aligned with the brand’s creative sensibility, aesthetic codes and couture savoir‑faire.
    • Lead creative experimentation on volumes, proportions and special constructions, shaping unique silhouettes and one‑of‑a‑kind garments.
    • Translate Creative Direction into High‑End design concepts for Special Projects, from initial research through final execution.
    • Drive in‑depth research on materials, techniques, constructions and artisanal processes, pushing innovation while respecting the brand’s identity.
    • Oversee the entire design process — from concept, sketches and development to fittings and final approval — ensuring coherence, precision and excellence.
    • Collaborate closely with Creative Ateliers to ensure feasibility, craftsmanship quality and execution at the highest level.
    • Actively participate in fittings, refining volumes, balance, movement and finishing to achieve the intended creative and couture outcome.
    • Supervise the development of special and unique garments, ensuring timely delivery and uncompromising quality standards.
    • Serve as a design reference point during key reviews and cross‑functional meetings related to High End RTW and Special Projects.
    • Guide, inspire and support the design team, fostering a culture of creative excellence, experimentation and technical mastery.
    • When required, support final garment presentations and deliveries, ensuring alignment with the intended creative vision.

    Requirements

    • Proven and experience (7-10 years)as a Senior Designer within High End Ready‑to‑Wear, Couture, Special Projects or Made‑to‑Order, gained in leading luxury or high‑fashion houses.
    • Strong background in creative experimentation, volume studies and special constructions, with a proven ability to develop unique, one‑of‑a‑kind and highly expressive garments.
    • Advanced knowledge of couture techniques, premium materials, complex constructions and artisanal processes, combined with a deep sensitivity to craftsmanship and execution excellence.
    • Proven ability to operate in a Creative Director‑led environment, managing evolving briefs, high creative expectations and high‑visibility projects.
    • Solid experience working closely with Ateliers, ArtLab, Product Development and Industrial teams, ensuring seamless translation of creative vision into exceptional final products.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating flexible, project‑based design teams, adapting team structure and resources according to project scope, timelines and creative needs.
    • Ability to guide, mentor and inspire designers and contributors within multi‑disciplinary and fluid team setups, fostering collaboration, accountability and creative excellence.
    • Excellent aesthetic sensibility, with a contemporary, experimental and couture‑driven vision, fully aligned with the brand’s creative identity and codes.
    • High level of precision, attention to detail and capability to manage complexity while maintaining creative integrity and quality standards.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction across creative, technical and cross‑functional teams in a project‑driven environment.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
