Your opportunity
We are currently seeking an After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer who will report to the After Sales and Reverse Process Manager as part of our dynamic team in Trecate (NO).
The After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer designs, develops and continuously improves After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes at a global level, working closely with regional teams, Brands and IT all relevant corporate functions.
The role is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, translating business requirements into system and process evolutions, and ensuring end-to-end visibility, traceability and performance measurement across the After Sales and Reverse network.
The After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer also supports the governance and day-to-day operational continuity of key After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes, ensuring effective execution across regions, alignment among stakeholders and timely resolution of process-related issues.
Acting as a key point of coordination among multiple stakeholders, the role contributes to the implementation of operational initiatives, global process standards and cross-regional logistics flows, driving service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
How will you contribute
Drive process improvement across After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes, systems and operating models, including cross-regional inventory rebalancing processes.
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements, process improvements and system evolutions.
Coordinate and support testing, deployment and go-live activities for new solutions and process implementations, ensuring business and operational requirements are properly addressed.
Develop and maintain operating procedures, governance documentation and process standards.
Define KPIs and develop reporting tools to monitor process performance and support data-driven decision making.
Deliver training and provide support to regional teams and operational stakeholders, promoting process adoption and standardization.
Support the operational governance of key After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, effective process execution and timely resolution of process-related issues.
Who you are
You hold a Master's degree, preferably in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
You have 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, After Sales, Reverse Logistics, Process Engineering or Business Process Management roles
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data, business processes and information systems
You are interested in process design, project management, logistics and operational excellence
You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a complex international environment
You have a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent attention to detail
You are a collaborative team player, capable of driving alignment across different functions and regions
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, SAP or Salesforce is a plus
You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
