Your opportunity
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the launch and activation of Smart Glasses, at the crossroads of luxury, innovation, and advanced technology.
In this role, you will contribute to crafting immersive brand experiences that elevate product storytelling and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable design solutions that support product visibility, functionality across different markets.
You will be immersed in the latest trends shaping wearables, AI-driven ecosystems bring an innovative vision to life within a leading luxury eyewear company.
How you will contribute
- Translate brand vision into holistic retail design and visual merchandising projects that elevate the overall customer experience
- Define and develop innovative retail and VM concept across different touchpoints (VM tools, windows, in-store fixtures, pop-ups), ensuring engaging in-store experiences by integrating physical, digital, and interactive elements within the shop environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, commercial) to ensure cohesive execution
- Act as key point of contact for project briefs, from concept definition to execution, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and design excellence
- Monitor and benchmark trends and best practices in luxury and tech to continuously evolve the brand’s retail approach
- Develop detailed design packages, including renderings and technical drawings
- Oversee production and implementation phases, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines and budgets
Who you are
- Master’s degree in Design, Architecture or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in retail design, preferably within consumer tech
- Experience working on experiential and phygital retail projects is a plus
- Strong passion for technology, wearables, AI and luxury
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, spatial design, and retail execution
- Proficient in design tools (CAD software, 3D modelling, graphic design applications)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
