Depuis 2008, la Fondation Kering lutte contre ces violences qui touchent toutes les cultures et toutes les classes sociales. Pour maximiser son impact, la Fondation travaille avec un nombre limité de partenaires dans six pays principaux : les Etats-Unis, la France, l’Italie, le Mexique, le Royaume-Uni et la Corée. Elle soutient des associations locales qui proposent un accompagnement global et adapté aux femmes victimes de violences. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable des programmes internationaux pour intégrer l’équipe de la Fondation Kering.

Votre opportunité

La Fondation Kering recherche un(e) professionnel(le) de l’impact social, motivé(e) par sa mission et qui souhaite faire une différence dans la lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes.

Au sein du Département Développement durable et rattaché/e directement à la Déléguée générale de la Fondation Kering, le/a Responsable des Programmes Internationaux contribue à la définition et la mise en place de la stratégie partenariale de la Fondation au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes. La Fondation favorise une approche fondée sur la concertation et la co-construction avec ses partenaires. Pour un impact renforcé, elle soutient un nombre limité de projets, essentiellement avec des associations locales, pendant un minimum de trois ans et encourage la collaboration active avec ses partenaires ainsi qu'avec d'autres donateurs qui partagent les mêmes objectifs et qui peuvent amplifier l’impact au bénéfice des femmes.

Comment vous allez contribuer

Gérer et développer les partenariats avec les ONG et entrepreneurs sociaux dans les pays où la Fondation travaille ;

Explorer et mettre en place de nouveaux partenariats, co-concevoir de nouveaux programmes afin d’augmenter notre impact ;

Assurer le suivi juridique, administratif et financier des partenariats ;

Garantir un suivi & évaluation pointu des programmes dans le cadre de la théorie du changement de la Fondation ;

Animer le réseau des partenaires associatifs et entrepreneurs sociaux grâce à des relations de qualité et en encourageant la collaboration, l'apprentissage et l'échange ;

Participer et représenter la Fondation dans les coalitions internationales dont la Fondation fait partie ;

Maintenir une veille proactive sur les acteurs et les projets dans le domaine des Violences faites aux femmes et aux enfants (associations, donateurs, législation, etc.) afin de détecter des opportunités pour la Fondation ;

Collaborer avec l’équipe de la Fondation Kering, de Kering et de ses marques afin de :

Faire connaître les actions de la Fondation tant en interne qu’en externe et sensibiliser aux violences faites aux femmes et aux enfants ;

Impliquer les collaborateurs via le mécénat de compétences au bénéfice de nos partenaires ;

Encadrer un(e) Chargé(e) de Programme

Assumer d'autres responsabilités non décrites ci-dessus et correspondant à un rôle de cette nature, en accord avec la Déléguée générale.

Qui êtes-vous

Savoir-Faire

Master (ou équivalent) en développement international, sciences sociales ou humaines ;

Expérience professionnelle minimum de 10 ans dans le développement international, les affaires internationales ou la philanthropie, au sein d'une entreprise ou d'une association/fondation ou d'un donateur international, en France et à l'étranger ;

Expériences significatives dans la gestion de programmes internationaux avec des ONG et des entrepreneurs sociaux, expérience sur le terrain requise ;

Une expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine des Droits des Femmes, des violences faites aux femmes, de l'Égalité de genre, des Droits humains et droits des enfants.

Expertise en suivi et évaluation de programmes à fort impact social avec méthodes de reporting structuré et fiable et suivi budgétaire ;

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion de projet complexe : capacité à gérer des délais multiples tout en priorisant et en portant une attention constante aux détails ;

Aisance relationnelle : capacité à travailler et à communiquer avec des publics et parties prenantes divers et multiculturels -associations, entreprises et organisations internationales ;

Excellente expression orale et écrite en français et en anglais - l'italien est un plus ;

Expérience de management ;

Compétences informatiques solides : maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint et autre.

We are currently seeking an International Program Manager to join the Kering Foundation’s team

Your opportunity

The Kering Foundation is looking for a highly motivated and mission-driven social impact professional with a passion for making a difference. Within the Sustainability Department and reporting to the Executive Director of the Kering Foundation, the International Programme Manager will contribute to the design and implementation of an impactful funding strategy within a team of 5 people. The Foundation favors an approach based on consultation or co-construction with its partners. It supports a limited number of programs mostly with local organizations for a minimum of 3 years and promotes active collaboration with these organizations as well as with other funders who share the same goals and can magnify its impact to the benefit of women.

How you will contribute

Managing the grants and developing a portfolio of supported projects with NGOs & Social Entrepreneurs in the countries where the Foundation works;

Exploring and setting up new partnerships, co-designing new programs to improve our impact;

Ensuring the legal, administrative and financial monitoring of partnerships;

Guaranteeing a sharp monitoring and evaluation of programs within the framework of the Foundation's theory of change

Animating the network of non-profit partners and social entrepreneurs through building robust relationships and encouraging collaboration, learning, and exchange;

Participating and representing the Foundation in international coalitions of which the Foundation is a member;

Maintaining a proactive watch on players and projects in the field of violence against women and children (nonprofits, donors, legislation, etc.) in order to detect opportunities for the Foundation;

Collaborating with the team of the Kering Foundation, Kering and its brands in order to:

Publicize the actions of the Foundation both internally and externally and raise awareness of violence against women and children;

Involve employees through skills volunteering for the benefit of our partners;

Undertake other responsibilities not outlined above which are commensurate with a role of this nature and which have been discussed and agreed with the Executive Director.

Managing a Program Officer

Assuming other responsibilities not described above and corresponding to a role of this nature, in agreement with the Executive Director.

Who you are

Know How

Master's degree (or equivalent) in international development, social or human sciences;

At least 10 years of professional experience in international development, or philanthropy, within a company or non-profit organization/foundation or an international donor, in France and abroad;

Significant experience in managing international programs with NGOs and social entrepreneurs, field experience required;

A significant professional experience in the field of Women's Rights, Violence Against Women, Gender Equality, Human Rights and Children's Rights - or a demonstrated interest;

Expertise in monitoring and evaluation of programs with a strong social impact adding to structured and reliable reporting methods and budget monitoring;

Excellent organizational and complex project management skills: ability to manage multiple deadlines while prioritizing and paying constant attention to detail;

Interpersonal skills: ability to work and communicate with diverse and multicultural audiences and stakeholders – nonprofit, international organizations and companies;

Excellent written and verbal expression in French and English - Italian is a plus;

Management experience;

Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and more.
