    Your opportunity 

    As Kering Brands Stock Keeper, you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the store through the efficient administration and organization of inventory. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and communicating regularly with management to optimize processes and address any issues proactively.

    How you will contribute 

    Receive, inspect, and process merchandise deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and timely uploading on our dedicated systems.

    Manage all stock-related activities, including cycle counts, inventories, ticketing, price changes, consignments, reservations, and other requests.

    Maintain optimal organization of storage space for both current and past collections respecting dedicated guidelines.

    Monitor packaging supply levels and track, report, and manage defective products.

    Adhere strictly to stock management and loss prevention policies, promptly reporting any irregularities, misconduct, or suspicious activities to store management.

    Participate in inventory counts and stock takes, identifying and investigating discrepancies in accordance with company procedures.

    Partner closely with the sales team to support new product launches, display installations, merchandise transfers, and other operational activities.

    Maintain a safe and compliant back-of-house environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, keeping emergency exits clear, and proactively addressing stockroom hazards and overstock risks.

    Who you are 

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.

    High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.

    Attention to details and accuracy in stock management processes.

    Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Good communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members.

    Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry.

    Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes.
