We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Security Expert – Industrial, based in Milan, who will report to the Global Supply Chain Security Manager and join our dynamic Security team.
Your opportunity
As Supply Chain Security Expert – Industrial, you will be responsible for protecting Kering’s industrial ecosystem, ensuring robust security across production sites, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
You will act as a key business partner for Industrial Operations, driving a proactive and risk-based security approach across multiple sites.
How you will contribute
Lead risk assessments across manufacturing sites, with a focus on raw materials, semi- and finished goods
Define and deploy industrial security standards and controls, ensuring consistency across sites
Identify, in collaboration with the Data Analysis team, the most strategic and high-risk suppliers based on data-driven criteria, in order to prioritize and plan on-site security visits
Identify vulnerabilities in production processes and internal flows, implementing effective mitigation plans
Manage and coordinate security incidents and investigations (theft, internal fraud, losses)
Drive execution, tracking, and follow-up of audit findings and corrective action plans
Support the implementation of physical security solutions (CCTV, access control, perimeter protection)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the industrial security framework
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in humanistic or scientific field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Security, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments
Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive and ownership mindset
Solid understanding of industrial risks scenarios and internal/external threat dynamics
Experience in incident management and investigations
Ability to engage and influence site-level and central stakeholders
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
Knowledge of risk management and supply chain security frameworks (e.g. ISO 28000, ISO 31000, TAPA)
Willingness to travel domestically, if required
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office tools
