    KERING Supply Chain Security Expert – Logistics

    We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Security Expert – Logistics, based in Trecate (NO), who will report to the Global Supply Chain Security Manager and join our dynamic Security team.

    Your opportunity

    As Supply Chain Security Expert – Logistics, you will be responsible for securing logistics and transport operations across the supply chain, ensuring effective protection of goods in transit against theft, loss, and diversion.

    You will act as a key business partner for Transport, Operations and Logistics teams, driving a proactive and risk-based security approach across carriers, 3PLs, warehouses, and transit points in an international context.

    How you will contribute

    Lead risk assessments across logistics and transport operations, including linehaul, last mile, warehouses, and transit points

    Implement security requirements and standards for logistics operations, ensuring consistent adoption by logistics service providers

    Identify vulnerabilities across transport flows, routes, and logistics nodes, implementing appropriate mitigation measures

    Manage and coordinate security incidents and investigations related to transport and logistics (theft, losses, anomalies)

    Drive execution, tracking, and follow-up of audit findings and corrective action plans for logistics partners

    Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to identify strategic and high-risk logistics partners and routes, in order to prioritize on-site security visits and assessments

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of the logistics security framework at Group level

    Who you are

    Bachelor’s Degree in a humanistic or scientific field

    Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Security, with a strong focus on logistics and transport

    Proven ability to work autonomously, with a proactive and strong ownership mindset

    Solid understanding of transport risk scenarios, including cargo theft and route vulnerabilities

    Experience working with 3PLs, carriers, and external logistics partners

    Strong experience in incident management and investigations

    Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders

    Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach

    Knowledge of risk management and logistics security frameworks (e.g. ISO 28000, ISO 31000, TAPA, AEO, ENAC Aviation Security – Cat. A14)

    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if required

    Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficient in MS Office tools

    Fluency in English is mandatory
