Our Mission
We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist who will join our dynamic team based in Milan. He/she will support the team in the implementation of the operational marketing plan for Northern Europe, the organization of local retail events and the management of marketing tools, special projects, and media.
How you will contribute
Support the deployment of the regional marketing plan
Coordinate all retail events and press initiatives
Liaison with the Pomellato HQ and the central marketing team for marketing tools planning, order management and delivery follow-up in points of sale (packaging, stationary, gifts, catalogs, POS)
Execute follow-up actions to collect feedback and implement key-learning’s for future programs
Coordinate and support PR activities with the local PR agencies
Coordinate media investments at local level
Support in managing the marketing budget and invoicing
Create reports for performance monitoring of marketing activities
Management of special projects, VIP events, brand collaborations
Who you are
Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics
A previous experience in a similar role
Problem solving oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
Great analytical skills
Proficient in Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power point
Passion for Jewelry and Luxury industry
Proactivity, Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, the knowledge of German will be considered a plus
