Role Mission
The Gucci Client Services Client Advisor is a dynamic hybrid role that blends luxury sales, client relationship building, and service excellence. As a key revenue generator for gucci.com, the Client Advisor is responsible for meeting sales targets, building a loyal client base though personalized outreach, and delivering an elevated omnichannel experience across phone, email, and/or chat.
This role plays a critical part in converting interest into sales, providing curated advice, and ensuring seamless, end to end brand engagement through collaboration with corporate departments and store network.
Key Accountabilities
Sales Performance & Revenue Generation
- Drive individual sales results by actively converting inbound contacts and initiating clientelling efforts
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team KPIs related to sales, AOV, conversion rate, and client retention
- Use storytelling, product knowledge, and styling expertise to inspire purchases and deepen brand connection
- Identify high-potential clients and proactively schedule virtual appointments to cultivate purchase intent
- Build and maintain a personal client book by engaging new and existing clients with curated recommendations and timely outreach
Client Relationship Management

- Anticipate client needs, respond with thoughtful solutions, and deliver an exceptional brand experience
- Provide ongoing relationship management through post-purchase follow up and lifecycle engagement
Client Service Expertise
- Serve as a Gucci brand ambassador, upholding the highest standard of service across all digital channels and store inquires
- Resolve a wide range of client inquired with empathy and efficiency, including product availability, order tracking, returns, and repair support
- Leverage feedback, tools, and systems to improve the client journey and advocate for experience enhancements
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team and contact efficiency, quality standards, and service level KPIs

- Accurately log client interactions, insights, and preferences into CRM platforms to support data-driven personalization
- Collaborate with store teams and cross-functional partners to ensure frictionless case resolution and client satisfaction
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of previous retail sales, client relationship management, or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a commercial mindset and results-driven approach
- Passion for luxury fashion with strong product knowledge and styling acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships through personalized communication
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communication with polished client etiquette
- Comfortable working in multiple digital systems (Salesforce, OMS, CRM, chat platforms) simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible retail availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment with strong time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor;
- Strong active listening, verbal, and written interpersonal communication skills;
- Intermediate to advance computer skills with the ability to work with fast-paced systems managing multiple databases at the same time;
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and Salesforce
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary Range – New York
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $27.00.
