    KERING Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst Job Family: Supply Chain Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst Location: Wayne, NJ Supply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, and other platforms). This role ensures that all data related to products, vendors, customers, and operational flows is accurate, complete, and up to date, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance processes and standards. You will perform regular data audits and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new systems and tools, providing training and guidance on data management best practices.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

    You will lead the development of the Supply Chain & Logistics Operations reporting and analytics framework for the Americas region. This includes gathering, interpreting, and leveraging data to drive actionable insights that improve overall B2B and B2C service performance, from global freight forwarding through last-mile transportation. You will be responsible for delivering meaningful insights to the Brands while translating business forecasts and operational trends into actionable recommendations for the Operations team. 

     

    Key Accountabilities 

     

    Business Intelligence & Reporting 

    • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting supporting Americas Supply Chain, Logistics, After-Sales, and Import/Export operations. 
    • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and self-service analytics solutions for operational, tactical, and executive decision-making. 
    • Monitor KPI performance, establish alerts, communicate key findings, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. 
    • Create and distribute automated reporting to Americas teams, Brand partners, and Supply Chain leadership. 
    • Implement and manage reporting governance standards, KPI definitions, and Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data integrity and appropriate access controls. 
    • Monitor report performance and continuously optimize reporting architecture and user experience. 

     

    Data Products & Analytics 

    • Design, develop, and maintain Consumer-Aligned Data Products (CADPs) and scalable analytical datasets within GCP to support Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations reporting requirements. 
    • Translate business requirements and operational processes into data models, KPI definitions, and reporting solutions. 
    • Integrate, transform, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources, including ERP, WMS, transportation carriers, customs brokers, and third-party partners. 
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and traceability across reporting and analytical solutions. 
    • Establish documentation and governance standards to maintain a single source of truth across the organization. 

     

    Automation, Continuous Improvement & AI  

    • Proactively identify, design, and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize reporting activities, business processes, and operational workflows. 
    • Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve reporting, decision-making, knowledge management, and team productivity. 
    • Eliminate manual reporting effort through automation, scalable data solutions, and process redesign. 
    • Promote the adoption of AI and best practices across the Supply Chain and Logistics organization. 

     

    Performance Management & Business Partnership 

     

    • Develop weekly and monthly performance reporting for Kering Americas Brands and Supply Chain leadership, providing visibility into operational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. 
    • Participate in recurring business reviews and Top Supplier meetings to assess performance, validate reporting assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making. 
    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define meaningful metrics, and uncover new analytical opportunities. 
    • Conduct strategic performance reviews and monitor progress against action plans and operational improvement initiatives. 

     

    Project Support & Innovation 

    • Provide analytical expertise and data ownership support across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Innovation initiatives. 
    • Partner closely with Senior Project Managers, the Worldwide Methods & Innovation team, and the Worldwide Supply Chain Data Analytics team. 
    • Support the development of scalable reporting, analytics, and data product capabilities across the Americas region. 
    • Identify opportunities to enhance KPI visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance through data, technology, and process innovation. 

     

    WHO YOU ARE  

    • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or reporting, preferably within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Operations environment. 
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience developing scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Experience developing Power BI dashboards and semantic models, including KPI development, data modeling, and Row-Level Security (RLS). 
    • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data environments. 
    • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple operational and external sources, including ERP, WMS, transportation carriers, customs brokers, and third-party data providers. 
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, master data management tools, and data visualization platforms. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make informed recommendations. 
    • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making. 
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for reporting automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships across functions. 
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

    Salary: $110,000 - $115,000
